This gentle 30 minute practice is suitable for all levels of experience. We start with a few minutes of centering and simple breath work to calm the mind and transition into our practice. Next, 15-20 minutes of gentle flowing movements that are all either seated, on your back, or built from table pose. The final 10-ish minutes of practice are spent in guided breathwork, followed by a brief Savasana (final relaxation). And as always, we close our practice with one big united breath and a moment of gratitude!
