This Medium level flow practice is my middle-of-the-road offering: not too fast, not too slow, not too hard, not too easy! We center and breathe to calm the mind, and then get moving! We build up to a peak and cool it back down, with a few minutes for Savasana (final relaxation). And as always, we close our practice with one big united breath and a moment of gratitude! (Not recommended for very beginners.)
