We start with 30-40 minutes of Relaxed Flow to calm the mind and loosen up the body. Relaxed Flow is my signature offering, and holds a special place in my heart! If you're looking for a lower-key, more meditative flow, Relaxed Flow is for you. Great for beginners and folks working with minor mobility issues and injuries (as long as you're cleared to do yoga!). Relaxed Flow is also fabulous for our more experienced yogis who want to move and breathe without pushing to their edge.
Then we finish up with another 30-40 minutes of deep, stretchy Yin poses. Unlike our flow offerings, in Yin you hold seated and supine poses for 3-5 minutes, using pillows and props to set yourself up comfortably. This allows you to really sink into the poses, allowing the muscles room to stretch and release tension.
